Hello people, what’s going on in your life? If you are anything like me than you are always looking for a change in your life. But for a variety of reasons, mainly known as PROCRASTINATION, that Change never happens. So, recently I decided to stop the evil “P” word and made a conscious decision to improve and become the change I wish to see!
For starters, I suggest that you make a list of things that you are unhappy with and post it somewhere. In your room, at your desk anywhere you can see it. Writing things down for me always helps me put things in perspective. It takes it from within and brings it to the forefront. Then as you look at these things everyday, start to write a plan for how you are going to change these things/issues.
Look for and make small progress. Test yourself out. Maybe you want to stop smoking. Well, try it for a day and enjoy the progress you make. Celebrate the little strides and they will become a major movement.
How many of you want to change your eating habits? Well, like Nike said, “Just do it!” Also remember ROME WASNT BUILT IN A DAY. I have to constantly remind myself that everything that I want in life will not just happen. It takes hardwork, determination and a plan.
